Refund Policy

If a fee was charged for the Mobiofit+ services for a period of 60 days or less as from the date of the acceptance of and subscription you have right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the customer care of your decision through an unambiguous statement

  • The name of the service name you subscribed
  • The payment method used;
  • In case of refund request from the Mobiofit+, we will reimburse all payments received from you, no later than fourteen days after the date on which we received your refund request from this contract.
